RED RADISH OFFERS BREAKFAST AND LUNCH DELIVERY FOR YOUR IN-OFFICE MEETINGS AND EVENTS. CHEF AND OWNER TIMOTHY BARTLING CRAFTS EXQUISITE FOODS USING FRESH INGREDIENTS from local farms THAT WILL SURPRISE YOU WITH THEIR SPIRIT AND SIMPLICITY.

 
 

OUR FOOD IS HAND-CRAFTED WITH CARE, BRINGING THE BEST OF PORTLAND'S FOOD CULTURE TO YOUR BOARD ROOM.  OUR VEGETABLES ARE ORGANIC, OUR MEATS ARE HOUSE-ROASTED, AND OUR BREADS ARE BAKED FRESH DAILY BY PORTLAND'S FAVORITE BAKERIES.

CHEF AND OWNER TIMOTHY BARTLING draws his inspiration from his CULINARY TRAVELS which have INCLUDEd SUMMERS IN SOUTHWEST FRANCE WINEMAKING AND PRODUCING CHARCUTERIE FROM THE FAMED BLACK GASCON PIGS, PRODUCING SHEEP’S MILK CHEESES AND TEACHING COOKING CLASSES IN A 15TH CENTURY ITALIAN VILLA, STUDYING LOCAL DISHES ON THE RIVERBANKS OF THAILAND AND LAOS, WORKING ON A TEA PLANTATION IN THE MOUNTAINS OF SRI LANKA, COOKING WITH A GROUP OF LOCAL CHEFS IN SOUTH INDIA, SEEKING OUT INDIGENOUS DISHES FROM THE BACK OF A MOTORCYCLE IN THE CENTRAL HIGHLANDS OF VIETNAM, AND EXPLORING EVERY BOROUGH IN NEW YORK City tasting THE CITY'S BEST ETHNIC FOODS.

HE SEEKS AUTHENTIC FOOD, LOCAL INGREDIENTS, AND THE COMMUNITY THAT COMES TOGETHER OVER A GOOD MEAL. AFTER 20 YEARS IN SAN FRANCISCO AND NEW YORK CITY, TIMOTHY NOW LIVES IN PORTLAND WITH HIS WIFE AND STEP-DAUGHTER, AND GARDENS ON SAUVIE ISLAND.
